Tyler Bagley, a Wilmington native and father to one daughter, has long been a fixture in the local marine community. With a passion for the ocean, Tyler has explored and dived the coastal waters of North Carolina since 2012, gaining an intimate knowledge of the area’s unique marine environment. After four years of service in the Navy from 2015 to 2019, Tyler returned to his hometown, committed to bringing his skills and dedication to the marine services industry.

Following his Navy service, Tyler pursued a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), all while building what began as Salty Dog Dive Services into the comprehensive marine care business now known as Salty Dog Marine LLC. Through a commitment to integrity, quality, and transparency, Tyler officially launched Salty Dog Marine as a fully operational business by 2022, serving boat owners across the region with a range of services designed to protect and enhance their vessels.

Tyler’s deep-rooted connection to the local waters, combined with his expertise in finance and hands-on marine experience, makes him a trusted partner for boat owners looking to keep their vessels in peak condition.
